[2010 starts with good resolutions as always. Let's follow my training towards the triathlon season.] Update: it's now 2012 and I race in Geneva! yay! |
New workout today: 3.2km (two miles) divided into 200m “slow” (@4.00/km) and 200m “fast” (@3 to 3.10/km).
