Great day of sun and sport. The warm afternoon asked for something more than just the monday’s speed session. What came out was 10km bike 2km run warmup 400m 1’21 200m recovery 400m 1’23 200m recovery 400m 1’23 200m recovery 400m 1’21 200m recovery 800m 2’56 400m recovery 800m 2’57 400m recovery 1600m 6’00 1500m cool-down 10km bike coming back home
Excellent training and absolute fun!! But legs that still lack real speed…
