Triathlon Training in Switzerland |
[2010 starts with good resolutions as always. Let's follow my training towards the triathlon season.] Update: it's now 2012 and I race in Geneva! yay! |
Swimming: 400m crawl warmup + 4x4x25m medley + 200m legs + 500m pull buoy + 500m paddles + 20min t-shirt swim pulling out of the water every 50m.
No need to say I still feel the training two days later. The good part is that I feel I’ll improve my times :)
