First time running with the club
Tonight a total of 10km with technique exercises in the beginning followed by ~8km @ 4’30. Nice start!!

First training with the tri club Geneva!
Swimming: 400m crawl warmup + 4x4x25m medley + 200m legs + 500m pull buoy + 500m paddles + 20min t-shirt swim pulling out of the water every 50m. No need to say I still feel the training two days later. The good part is that I feel I’ll improve my times :)
